-
June 25 - August 6: Compile all my entries into separate class lists, assign each entry a back number. Also received many generous donations of prizes and money and contacted people to volunteer their help.
-
August 10: Set up for show the night before.
-
August 4: Arrived at show grounds at 6:30am to begin checking people in and getting the show running. The show will start at 9:15am and ran until 4pm.

Income Source
The money for this project came from personal funds. I charged $2 per class that each rider enters in and a $4 grounds fee per rider. This is so I can reimburse myself for the ribbons and other prizes I might buy. I also received many generous donations from the Color Country Equestrian Club who paid for my ribbons. Megan Weaver donated money so I could purchase the gift card for the judge. Many others donated prizes to give away. Emily Puffer also bought goodies to give to those who rode in the show.
